Angry Judge sentences a woman to ‘Jail’ for laughing during a fatal DUI sentencing
Poor lady, all she did was to laugh during a trial and the judge became angry enough to send her to the jail. In the case of sentences to the jail the judge basically has the power to determine the length and place of sentence and whether the person will have the work release privileges or not however in this case as can be seen in the video it is quite clear that the lady was sent to jail without any further clear order just because she broke the decorum of the courtroom. She was sent to the jail for around 93 days.
Detroit – The judge removes 2 people from the court and calls them a clown because they didn’t follow the decorum. This all happened during a local woman sentencing for a deadly driving under the influence crash.
This was the case-hearing of a woman named Kosal around 25-year-old and at the time of the crash on June 23rd she admitted driving under the influence. The judge could not bear the non-serious attitude of people inside the court specifically when the case being heard involved the death of a 31-year-old guy and his severely injured fiancee.
These two people were removed from the court because both of them were speaking and laughing before Kosal versant test. The judge was of the opinion that while everyone was grieving the deceased then those two people which were removed from the court should have followed the same trend and at least they should have forced it to remain silent if they couldn’t be grievous.
Watch the video below and look at these two people leaving the court and then the woman being brought back to receive her sentence of 93 days.
Your disruptive and disrespectful behavior disrupted today’s proceedings and you, ma’am, are going to the Wayne County Jail for 93 days, said the judge.
